Soft Nut Cake

This nut cake is really easy to make and it tastes marvellous. A form that can hold about 6.5 cups is needed.

Ingredients

  • 200g hazelnut kernels
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.6 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparations

Turn on the oven at 350°F. Grease the form and add some dried breadcrumbs. Grind the nuts. Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and whip until it’s puffy. Add the nuts and the baking powder. Stir it into a mixture. Pour the mixture into the form. Bake it in the lower parts of the oven for about 35 minutes. Let the cake cool down a bit before cutting it up.
